Represented India in the 4th Asian Squash Championship held in Kuwait.

Winner - Indian open Squash Championship held by SRFI in Calcutta.

1989

Represented India for the SAF games at Peshawar Islamabad.

Won 2 Silver medals for India -One in the Individual main event and one in the team event beating Ehsanullah Khan of Pakistan in the semi finals and losing to Maqsood Hanif in the finals.

1990

Was selected to play World No 1 Jehangir Khan of Pakistan and World no 3 Chris Dittmar of Australia in the exhibition matches held in Bombay and Indore.
